I thought i was strong enough to pull through today but i wasn't. Went to work in the morning and was asked to go back. Seen the Raffles Medical doctor at 2nd floor and was diagnosed with slight fever of 37.8 and throat infection. Lost my voice and head was darn heavy. I though i was just feeling sleepy and wanting to sleep without knowing i was actually sick. Sigh. Well felt bad that there was already not enough staffs and they have to cover for me. Maybe i should take mc again for tmr. No voice !! Hahaa. " .. jia you .. ", haha thanks Alex for the msg and Nur for going home with me. So Valentine's Day tmr really is a day to sleep in for me.

Oh hey. Basically CNY was a come and go for me, had a little of more fun than the past few years. Tried out Clinic, 50bucks for their specialities, which was .. err .. not quite worth and wasn't as fantastic as i thought, only had fun with the wheelchairs, haha. Sorry lazy to post pics. And met up with Cherie and Gwen Lim, went river hongbao and sat on the topgun which was a bad bad experience !! Don't wish to provide more details .. haha. Anyway sigh Front Desk is seriously lacking of staffs and doing 5am OTs are tired, many have thoughts of leaving or transferring. Yen Zi just left and though had employed some new staffs, well it takes time to replace the older staffs, right ? Sometimes, i'm feel drained. But how long can i last ? I wonder. However, i love the job. Anyway ytd went for lunch with Gracia and Alex to Thai Express, the food was not too bad but sadly, i do not know how to appreciate thai cuisine. Haha so both recommended soft shell crab, nice nice. And after chatted a little while before looking for materials to DIY a valentine's day card for Gracia's boyfriend. For singles like me, it's just another day. A day to sleep lah. Hahaa, no life ! Well that's all for today. :D

Let me just backdate to ytd 02/02/89 in brief ..

Alright so i thought it was just another day but no it wasn't. Was suprised that Alicia dear remembered my birthday, and Lee Gek, my grandbuddy. I am totally cluless on how she knew it was my birthday. So receiving a text message from them was suprising. And so the day continued by me having to work till 11pm. So during briefing, Arman the manager, kept mentioning, "So today is the 2nd of feb 2008, Saturday" for like couple of times until Bell, another manager state the reason to the whole room that why he kept mentioning the date and so everyone sung me a birthday song. Oh man it was totally unexpected !! And so yeah got wishes and hugs .. Then Ms Phuay bought Ben & Jerry's choc ice cream and Bell another choc cake and got a Ferreo Roche from Raodah. After work, chilled out with Sam, Richard and Cherie. Drank choc milkshake at Billy Bombers, Cherie and WY bought me choc cake, caught Sweeney Todd, went on to St James there to drink till 6am, we got home.


And thanks Wan Ying for coming even if it was just catching the movie. Basically the day was sweet with unexpected suprises lah and everyone was asking why didn't i request for an early shift or day off. Haha. Yes i am 19 but 16 at heart ! HAHA ! See how may chocs i had in a day. Tsk tsk. Hahaa. ANYWAY THANKS EVERYONE !
